One of my favorite nonprofit organizations is in need!
Esther's Safe Haven provides court-ordered supervised visitation, supervised farewell visits, safe child exchanges, in-person parenting classes, and co-parenting workshops. Their work gives children and families a safe place to navigate some of the most painful and high-conflict seasons of life—with respect, security, and dignity. I have always been incredibly impressed with Terri Clement Fulton, her staff, and the heart behind this mission.
The Burleson, Texas facility—a church building generously donated a few years ago—has served countless families in Johnson County. This weekend, I learned that the building now faces an urgent need for a complete electrical system overhaul to remain safe, functional, and compliant.
A safe, reliable, and conveniently located visitation and parenting-education center is crucial for Johnson County—especially as the population continues to grow. These services are not a luxury. They are a necessity for families and children in our community.
To ensure these safe visits and exchanges can continue without disruption, Esther’s Safe Haven is now accepting financial gifts and in-kind donations, including materials, skilled labor, or electrical expertise, to support these critical updates.
If you feel led, please consider supporting—or sharing—their fundraiser:
