Cumberland County DISTRICT Court before Hon. Kristi Castillo WILL BE in session on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 beginning at 9:00am at The Justice Center.
Cumberland County CIRCUIT Court before Hon. David Williams WILL BE in session on Thursday, July 23, 2026 beginning at 9:00am at The Justice Center.
Due to the current repairs of the first floor of our Justice Center, The Office of Circuit Court Clerk is temporarily on the second floor.
You will enter through the front door and pass through the security check point per usual, and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. We are in the side rooms right before you enter the courtroom.

This is our regular weekly session of District Court,
and our regular monthly session of Circuit Court.
We apologize for the inconvenience the closure has caused attorneys, court patrons, and the public in general thus far.
The Justice Center will be open the rest of this week. And beginning Monday, July 27th, we will be OPEN on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays for all court business, and on the day of Circuit Court which is typically the fourth Thursday of each month.
