🚨 $105,000.00 Bodily Injury Recovery 🚨

On February 25, 2026, our client was rear-ended, in stop and go traffic, near Cahuenga Boulevard. We quickly recovered $30,000.00 from the responsible underinsured motorist carrier (policy limits were $30,000.00). After making an underinsured motorist for the remaining limit of $70,000.00, the underinsured motorist carrier offered $1,000.00 new money.

In response, we demanded underinsured motorist arbitration and initiated litigation against State Farm, the underinsured motorist carrier. The litigation adjuster knew we were not going to settle this for a penny below policy and tendered the remaining $70,000 limit today, less than six months from the date of the collision 💪 Notably, our client had approximately $20,000 in medical specials!

🚨 $470,000.00 Litigation Settlement🚨

Our client suffered orthopedic injuries (non-surgical) while driving on a highway in Orange County, California. After receiving a $0.00 offer, our office filed suit. During litigation, the defense medical orthopedic examiner opined that that our client only suffered strains and sprains and the insurer offered only $97,500 (just above our client’s medical bills).
