We delivered a $100,000.00 policy limits result to our client in four months time 💪 This specific client was involved in a two rear-end collisions this year: (a) one on January 4, 2026 and (b) one on May 15, 2026. Each of these claims were resolved for $100,000.00 policy limits. In other words, we delivered $200,000 policy limits results for the same client, in under ten months time. We did not let the second claim limit the recovery of the first claim. Likewise, we did not let the first claim limit the recovery of the second claim. We made it clear that the second rear-end collision aggravated our client’s symptoms.
