If you receive a suspicious call, text, or email like this, do not engage or provide any personal or payment information. Always take a moment to independently verify by contacting your utility company directly using the number on your bill or official website.

Stay alert, trust your instincts, and help us spread the word so others don’t fall victim to these scams.
