USCIS is largely unaffected by the US Government Shut Down.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, nearly all of the USCIS employees will be retained during the Government’s shut down. First Renter Moves into our I-956F EB-5 Program Approved Project!

We’re proud to share the news – on July 1, 2025 the first renter moved into the I-956F approved Cedar Creek Estates.

"This is a major milestone,” said Bill Gresser, President of EB-5 New York State. “With construction nearly completed and new jobs being created, it is great to see leasing already underway.”

Cedar Creek Estates is an EB-5 investment project for accredited investors seeking to obtain a US green card for the investor, spouse and minor children.

Big milestone for our Cedar Creek EB-5 investment project

Last week, EB-5 New York State President Bill Gresser visited the active construction site at Cedar Creek Estates in Jacksonville FL.

This I-956F approved EB-5 project is progressing quickly.

Horizontal construction is completed, and vertical construction is actively underway.

The Developer is planning to complete construction within the next several months.

We're proud to bring job-creating, community-enhancing projects to life with the EB-5 program.

Cedar Creek Investor’s Fund is still accepting accredited investors, but investment units are limited.

Highlights from the IIUSA Industry Forum in Houston

We’re pleased to share several important updates from the 15th Annual IIUSA EB-5 Industry Forum held on April 28th- 30th in Houston, TX.

This year’s Industry Forum was the biggest and best IIUSA event ever held, and had more attendees than ever before. The Industry Forum’s panels included experts from around the industry, speaking on critical topics.

Of particular note:

• Bill Gresser was re-elected President of IIUSA, continuing his leadership and service to the EB-5 industry.

• EB-5 New York State received the prestigious I-829 Award, recognizing our success in helping investors and their families achieve US permanent residency.

• Bill also participated as a featured speaker, addressing key topics in EB-5 advocacy and government affairs.
