The amount of tabs open during busy season should probably qualify as a safety hazard.
At any given moment I'm bouncing between:
• Email
• MLS
• Canva
• Google Drive
• CRM
• Calendars
• Lender updates
• Title updates
• Agent questions
And somehow if I close one tab, that's the exact tab I need 30 seconds later.
Being a TC isn't about multitasking.
It's about keeping 47 moving pieces organized while pretending everything is completely under control. 😂

Fast responses feel impressive.
Clear expectations feel professional.
One of the biggest lessons I've learned as a Transaction Coordinator is that most communication issues don't come from slow responses.
They come from uncertainty.
When clients know what happens next, who is responsible for what, and when they can expect updates, they feel confident throughout the process.
The funny part?
Spending a little extra time setting expectations upfront usually means spending less time answering the same questions later.
Clear is kind.
Clear is efficient.
Clear creates a better client experience.

They don't see the contracts, negotiations, inspections, deadlines, or late-night problem solving.
They only see what you show them.
Visibility doesn't require posting every day.
It requires consistency.

They don't know you forgot to set a reminder.
They don't know you answered emails at 11:30pm.
What they do know is how the experience made them feel.
Did they have to ask for updates?
Did deadlines feel rushed?
Did the process feel confusing?
Did they feel confident referring you afterward?
The truth is that organization isn't just an internal business issue—it's a client experience issue.
The most successful agents aren't necessarily working harder.
They're creating systems that make every client feel like they're the only one.
