Congrats to my Veteran buyer who just bought the most amazing home in San Marcos!

We were connected by a mutual friend as she was looking to move to Texas after retirement and knew nothing about the area and needed a local REALTOR® to assist. We kept in touch for months and she finally got to fly in last month to view homes over a few days. We looked at resale homes and new construction as well. As soon as we walked in this one it literally took our breath away. It was beautiful and everything she wanted. To say I’m excited for her is an understatement. AND, as a bonus for being a HERO, she received $2800 from me at closing .

I know I’ve said it before, but your referrals are truly a blessing and the biggest compliment to me. When you trust me to assist your friends or family in buying or selling a home it truly is an honor!
