Full- Time Legal Assistant

Job duties: answering calls, scheduling client meetings and court hearings, emailing, scanning, copying, mailing, maintaining client files, collecting case information, preparing correspondence, drafting invoices, and assisting with billing. Interaction with clients and the courts on a daily basis.

Requirements: Detail oriented, motivated, reliable, experience as an administrative assistant or secretary would be ideal, and legal experience would be helpful but not required.
