st clients were just passing through—from Key West to Long Island—when they stumbled upon St. Within two hours (and just half a day on the island), they bought a home with me. Fast forward 20+ years, and they sold that same home—with me again. That kind of full-circle moment is why I love what I do. Simons has changed a lot over the years—it’s grown into a resort-style destination with gorgeous homes, rich history, and the kind of laid-back lifestyle people dream about. Want a true taste of the island? I’d take you on a cruise aboard the Tall Ship LYNX, where you can soak in coastal views and hear stories from our nation’s past. You’ll love the WWII Museum—it surprises most visitors how key our island was during the war. And when the sun starts to dip? Head to the Village Area near the lighthouse and pier. The Village Inn and Pub—it’s got cozy vibes and some of the best live music on the island. But really, you can stroll from spot to spot, drink in hand, and let the good vibes lead the way.
