One of the things I hear quite a bit from people is that they do not need a Will because they do not have a lot of assets. A Will is your chance to make sure the assets you do have pass to the people you want when you pass away. A lot of people also believe that, no matter what, their assets pass to their spouse upon their death. That may or may not be the case.

Make sure your estate plan is in order. You never know when you might need it!
