If you or someone you know used 3M Dual-Ended Combat Arms Earplugs (CAEv2) and served in the U.S. military between 2003 and 2015, you may be entitled to compensation. If you or a loved one had complications or suffered from ventral or inguinal hernia recurrence after a laparoscopic ventral hernia repair procedure, you may be entitled to financial compensation.

If you or a loved one had surgery to repair a ventral or inguinal hernia between the years of 2010 and 2016, your surgeon could have used Physiomesh Flexible Composite Mesh, which has been recently removed from the marketplace worldwide due to its defects.

In May of 2016, a hernia repair product called Physiomesh Flexible Composite Mesh was removed from the marketplace due to studies linking Physiomesh Flexible Composite Mesh with alarmingly high-rates of complications, infection, internal scar tissue, hernia recurrences, and necessary hernia revision surgeries in patients.

Gary S. Logsdon & Associates is currently accepting Ethicon Physiomesh injury cases nationwide.
If you or somebody you know was diagnosed with Ethicon Physiomesh injury, please contact us immediately for a free case consultation.
