So you thought you DID NOT NEED a Buyer's agent.

I sell water and help people buy water. I test it to make sure everything is as it should be.
When I help you add a Buyer's Agent for you, I'm here to help answer your questions and help make sure you know what your getting. I might even be able to negotiate a better price for the water.

You know I sell water and help people buy water. But you go directly with another water Broker and buy their water or you buy it from a For Sale By Owner.

You go to drink the water but it smells fishy.
Then you come to me and ask your trusted, certified, and licensed water Broker to test the water you just bought from someone else to see if it's safe to drink.

Sure I'll test your water but it's going to cost you thousands of dollars more because now you've paid for the water from someone else and now want my water Broker knowledge and assistance.

And guess what... Don't forget you'll also have to pay to get anything that's wrong with the water fixed.

That's why you need a Buyer's Agent.

Vacant land size must be at least 30,000 square feet. Budget limit is $1,200,000.00
