Now Seeking Freelance & Independent Paralegals – Contract Opportunity.
We are currently looking to collaborate with experienced freelance and independent paralegals who are interested in earning additional income through flexible, contract-based work. This is a great opportunity for professionals who already manage their own caseloads or work independently and are looking to supplement their income.
Paralegal students are also encouraged to apply. If you are currently enrolled in a paralegal program and looking to gain practical, hands-on experience, we welcome your interest.
Scope of Work...
Work may include (but is not limited to):
•Legal research and case law analysis
•Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
•Discovery preparation (interrogatories, requests for production, etc.)
•Case file organization and document management
•Client intake summaries
•Trial preparation assistance
•Contract review and drafting (depending on experience)
Assignments will vary based on experience, availability, and area of practice. Work will be project-based and deadlines will be clearly communicated in advance.
Position Details:
•Independent contractor position (1099)
•Remote work available
•Flexible hours
Paid per project or agreed contract rate.
Must maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, responsive, organized, and comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines.
