What happens to your Facebook account, your iTunes purchases and your email messages when you die?

This is the time of year I like to send out a reminder: take a few minutes to think about the current status of your estate planning and whether it is still meeting your goals.

In the past year or so, you may have had changes in your family circumstances that require making changes to your plan. The following are examples of circumstances that warrant review of your planning: change in your marital status; your children reaching the age of 18; getting close to or reaching retirement age; significant changes in the value of your assets; changes in the assets you own; the birth or death of family members; changes in your specific bequests; or changes in your business.
