Now that President Trump has signed into law the CARES ACT, I recommend all sole proprietors, independent contractors, corporations, professional corporations, limited liability companies and self-employed individuals who employ less than 500 employees (full and/or part-time) to contact your local bank where you transact business and request they e-mail you the PAYCHECK PROTECTION PROGRAM APPLICATION FORM. Fill it out and attach all requested financial documentation and submit it to the bank ASAP.
The two trillion stimulus package is being disseminated through the banks directly to the taxpayers.
All or most of the PPP loans shall be forgiven.
