Lazar Grunsfeld Elnadav has had a banner week and its still only Weds!
We settled a medical malpractice case today for $950,000.
We successfully opposed Defendant's motion for summary judgment motion in a high profile trademark litigation.
And we successfully opposed two motions for summary judgment motion in two real estate cases. Go LGE!!!!!!!!!!

LGE was retained after the seller of a commercial property reneged on a purchase option which our client had paid $25,000 to secure. At the time LGE was retained, the seller offered our client $250,000 to walk away quietly, although the seller refused to put the offer in writing, so it was essentially worthless. Although this was a tricky case, as there was little that was in writing, we immediately filed suit. Fast fwd four months.. Today, the Seller signed a settlement agreement to pay our client $1,000,000. (great return on a 25k investment)

LGE recently filed a case against the manufacturer and distributor of a blender which contained a multi-pronged blade that was loose, uncovered, and hidden inside a pitcher. When the client removed the pitcher from the box, the blade fell out of the pitcher and severed tendons in her foot.
