Amazon Brand Registry has stopped requiring fully registered trademarks. This means sellers can now report trademark violations before they've even finished the trademark process. See our blog post for more details.

Over the past month or so, dozens of our clients have gotten Amazon Brand Registry access within a few weeks of filing their trademark applications. Amazon has also updated its website, confirming that pending trademark applications can be used to get Brand Registry access in almost every country.
