Después de que las personas responden al anuncio, este individuo les escribe por WhatsApp desde otro número y les pide dinero por Zelle u otros métodos antes de mostrar la propiedad.

🚨 ESTO ES UN FRAUDE.

Quiero dejar algo muy claro:

❌ Yo NUNCA pido depósitos por Zelle antes de mostrar una propiedad.
❌ Yo NUNCA manejo alquileres sin primero enseñar la propiedad.
❌ Yo NUNCA cambio mi número para comunicarme con clientes.

Como agente de bienes raíces, mi objetivo siempre ha sido proteger y ayudar a nuestra comunidad, especialmente a las familias que están buscando un hogar. Es muy triste ver que hay personas tratando de aprovecharse de quienes buscan algo económico para vivir.

⚠️ Si ven anuncios con rentas demasiado buenas para ser verdad, tengan mucho cuidado.

Today was another special closing — one that truly reminds me why I love what I do.
