When running a business, we often overlook the importance of recognizing those that helped us grow as a real estate community. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the agents that co-broked our sales this year. Our goal is to continue building relationships in the real estate community and to provide the best service to our clients. Without clients, we have no business and understand that our value lies in the services we provide and the fiduciary duty we honor. To that end, we are always ensuring our agents are representing our company values: treating you with the respect and attention you deserve while upholding the legal obligations that we have as real estate associates.
To honor our word and operate with integrity, we sometimes must make difficult decisions. Such decisions must never be about financial gain but rather safeguarding culture, commitment and honesty. It is never easy to sever relationships with an agent but for the sake of integrity it must take precedence. We believe that by doing the right thing, clients and other agents will continue to respect our beliefs. That is why we choose not to be in business with agents whose sole focus is on their own personal interest above the client's and standards. Any organization understands the importance of surrounding themselves with talent who possess similar values, beliefs and work ethics.
Our agents appreciate the fact that we are not only interested in the commissions they earn but how they conduct themselves and their business in our company. There are many reputable real estate companies who believe that commissions are the sole measurement of their success. We pride ourselves on how this sets us apart.
When clients consistently call to complain about an agent or agents we cannot turn a deaf ear. Our aim is to only be associated with agents who do the right thing. If you're one of those, we would love to hear from you.
Some in the industry might be surprised by our company's adhering to our standards. We only hope to lead by example and show the public that the right real estate agent is honorable and worthy of building lifelong relationships.
