What is an Apostille?

An Apostille is an international standardized form for filling in information about the legality of a document for presentation in the territory of countries that recognize this form of legalization.

A small square of thick paper attached to Your document.
It must contain:

name of the state and state body,
last name and position of the employee who issues the apostille
city and date of affixing
registration number

Does an apostille have an expiration date?

A DOCUMENT may have an expiration date. The validity period of the Apostille is equal to the validity period of the document. For example, a birth certificate is indefinite, which means an apostille too.
