Greetings, our dear customers. We know that each of You is faced with the need to affix an apostille. There is a lot of information around, but there are no fewer questions. We will try to explain …

What is an Apostille?

An Apostille is an international standardized form for filling in information about the legality of a document for presentation in the territory of countries that recognize this form of legalization.
The Apostille stamp is placed on originals and copies of documents.

Appearance and content

A small square of thick paper attached to Your document.
It must contain:

name of the state and state body,
last name and position of the employee who issues the apostille
city and date of affixing
registration number
seal/stamp and signature of an official

The Apostille is required when you:

✔ confirm Your diploma
✔ certify certificates of non-conviction and marriage status, birth certificate
✔ legalize divorce certificate

You need to apostille documents if You:
✔ get citizenship
✔ get married
✔ get a job

Does an apostille have an expiration date?

A DOCUMENT may have an expiration date. The validity period of the Apostille is equal to the validity period of the document. For example, a birth certificate is indefinite, which means an apostille too.

1️ Euphoria
You have arrived, You are here, You have overcome all the difficulties with documents, flights, borders. There are skyscrapers and the lights of the metropolis, life is beautiful and amazing. You can relax. But …. soon…

2️ Disappointment
Due to differences in culture and language barrier, there is a feeling of helplessness. The usual ways of dealing with stress, like watching TV, reading, going to the theater or cinema, which helped to relax at home, in a foreign language only become an additional factor of stress and the development of depressive states.

3️Adaptation
The stage can take years, as a person learns to navigate the new system, makes new acquaintances, study the language and new laws, and seeks his/her place in society. You may experience anger and irritation and the feeling that You are a complete stranger in this country. This is the turning point when You decide whether to stay or leave.

4️ Assimilation - the "new homeland" ceases to cause aggression and fear. Full integration begins, the acquisition of education, a new specialty, a new circle of friends. It doesn’t pull back anymore, because here everything is already simple, comfortable and familiar.

5️.Biculturalism
Your self-esteem, thanks to the simultaneous understanding of two cultures and knowledge of two languages, begins to rise. Arriving at home, You feel like a welcome guest there, but You are drawn home!👌🏻

Common reasons for NONIMMIGRANT visa refusal.
Try not to make these mistakes.

1) Not enough ties with the motherland.
Most often, this category includes young people who do not have a job/students completing the curriculum, or a category of people who have little work experience.

2) The possible purpose of the trip is the birth of a child.
Under American law, anyone born in the United States automatically becomes an American citizen. Consular officers often refuse pregnant women.

3) Unforeseen circumstances arose during the interview at the US Embassy.
How you present yourself at the interview at the US Embassy depends on whether you get a visa or not. Consular officers are professional psychologists whose mission is to make sure that you are not going to stay in the United States

4) ) Previously violated the conditions of stay in the United States.
Some tourists disregard the rules of the US diplomatic mission and remain in American territory after the visa has expired. Sometimes the application indicates one period of stay in the United States, but in fact the tourist is delayed in the host country.

Each year, the United States issues hundreds of green cards to foreign nationals on the basis of employment in the country.

There are a number of immigration programs that allow foreign professionals to permanently live and work in the United States.

Each employment-based immigration category has different requirements and procedures.

We have successfully helped many foreign executives, managers, professionals, skilled and unskilled workers find a new home and bring their families to the USA.

The program for visa EB-1C - Managers or heads of international corporations

Must have at least 1 year of work experience outside the US within the previous 3 years in a sponsoring company in a management position prior to application.
The main purpose of immigrating to the US should be to continue working in a managerial position in the same company.
An employer is REQUIRED to submit this petition. The applicant cannot apply on his own.

Let's continue yesterday's topic if Your parents are Americans, then you can get citizenship, but there are some conditions

Married parents are US citizens and at least one of them lived in the US before the child was born;

One of the married parents is a US citizen and was continuously in the country during 5 years before the birth of the child, which took place after November 14, 1986

if the child was born between December 23, 1952 and November 14, 1986, his parents were not married, but the mother was a US citizen and lived there continuously for at least one year;

If the child was born on November 14, 1986 or later, his parents were not married at the time of birth, but the father was a US citizen at the time of birth and had lived in the country for 5 years.

It should be noted that if your child is under the age of 18, the conditions for obtaining US citizenship are different.

IT CAN BE DONE IN THE EX- USSR COUNTRIES, BUT IT IS FORBIDDEN IN THE USA

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. And when moving to the USA, one must be prepared for the fact that seemingly ordinary things that may be allowed in the ex -ussr countries may be prohibited in the USA and entail fines. Here are a few examples.

INFORMAL COMMUNICATION WITH THE POLICE AND OTHER SERVICES
Here You should respect the law and do exactly as it says. No agreement can be reached here. And to try to give slush funds is strictly punishable.

PIRATE CONTENT IS EVIL
In the States, you can actually get a fine for this. How will they know? the provider will see if you download something from a torrent or distribute it. The first time will send a letter with a warning. And they can also send a fine, and a considerable one.

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE ON THE STREET
In the United States, many states prohibit smoking on the street, in public places and establishments. There are special places for smoking and it is allowed to “smoke” there. Violation of this law entails a fine.

If you intend to immigrate to America, carefully study the laws in a particular state so that you do not accidentally get into trouble.
