🎉We’re excited to welcome Taylor Olson to McCormack Law!

Taylor joins our team as an associate attorney with a strong background in estate planning and post-death administration. She brings hands-on experience drafting estate plans, administering trusts and estates, and advising clients on tax and elder law issues. Her work reflects a thoughtful approach to helping families through some of life’s most personal decisions.

Taylor’s professional involvement runs deep. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin through its Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, Elder Law, Tax Law, and Young Lawyers sections, and she’s an active member of the Association for Women Lawyers. She also gives back to the Milwaukee community through her volunteer work with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic 💼

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Marquette University Law School, Taylor built a strong foundation through internships with the IRS, Milwaukee County Corporation Counsel, and the State Public Defender’s Office.

Outside the office, Taylor enjoys exploring Milwaukee’s coffee shops ☕, checking out new breweries, reading, biking, attending live shows, and getting outdoors with her fiancé, Logan, and their rescue dog, Bailey.
