Recent court case that reaffirms that if a contract for real estate does not contain "time is of the essence", then it is a "reasonable amount of time". This rule also pertains to escrow agreements for repairs. Court held that is was reasonable when the escrow agreement for repairs were finalized two weeks after date has passed.

The Prime rate went up 1/4 percent. The first time it has raised since 2008. Here is an article suggesting that home sales will increase 10% for 2016.
