WILLIAMS INVESTMENT PROPERTIES has been a family owned and operated business for over 37 years. Doug and Amy Williams (former school teachers) began their real estate career in 1973 with Amy’s parents, Roy and Lois Bowie. The Bowie Investment Company was also a family owned and operated business for over 50 years in residential and commercial real estate spanning 5 states. Doug and Amy worked for

15 years in developing and managing property for Bowie Investment Company while at the same time buying, operating and owning their own personal properties. Through the years, the Williams have owned, operated, managed and developed residential and commercial properties which include restaurants, motels, houses, apartments, townhouses, mobile home parks and commercial and residential sites in 3 different states - TN, VA, and WVA. Today, Doug continues to own and operate WILLIAMS INVESTMENT PROPERTIES and Amy has expanded to include the Bowie properties known as BRAN INVESTMENTS, LLC. These family owned and operated businesses span over 4 generations back to the 1920’s. Our goal has been and will always be to strive for fairness and integrity in all that we do. The good Lord has blessed those efforts, both in business and family, and we are grateful.
