Congratulations to my Sellers & my Buyers in this transaction.

❗️As a transaction broker for this specific transaction. I aimed to facilitate a real estate transaction without representing either the buyer or the seller exclusively.

While this can have advantages, it also presents challenges. For buyers, a transaction broker might not provide the same level of advocacy and negotiation as a buyer's agent would.

CLOSING DAY!! 🗝️

It was such an honor assisting my high school friend in purchasing their first home! This has been an incredibly surreal experience. As we worked together on this huge step that they decided to take, I can't help but reflect on the shenanigans we had during our school years. Those memories are filled with laughter and much more!

Talking about how we were once carefree teenagers, now we are grown adults with loving families and successes of our own, magnifies the surrealism of this moment.

Closing day for my sellers!!! ✨

Finally, after navigating through a transaction that had its fair share of challenges, I successfully made it to the closing table with my sellers. Throughout the process, I diligently supported them every step of the way, ensuring their needs were met. Despite the hurdles we faced, I remained dedicated to my work, and I never allowed being a mom to hinder my professional pursuits. In fact, I took the opportunity to bring my boys to the closing, not only demonstrating the rewards of hard work but also teaching them valuable lessons about responsibility and the world of employment. It is a gratifying experience, showcasing my commitment to both my family and my career.

Having respectful and well-mannered children can create a positive atmosphere and help foster good relationships with clients, lenders, and other professionals involved in my transactions. It’s a great advantage to have a supportive and understanding network who appreciates the presence of my boys while I work. It speaks volumes about my ability to balance my roles as a parent and a professional, and it’s fantastic that my boys are learning valuable social skills through these experiences.

My listing went active on Wednesday within 3 hours of being on the market we had 6+ showings.

That same night we received 3 offers.

We are UNDER CONTRACT as of yesterday! Not even 24 hours on the Market!!

Listen to your Realtors advice, staging, decluttering, cleaning, anything they can give you please listen. My clients did all of that and the results of our hard work has paid off!
