I'm thankful to be with a small, independent real estate office right now who are putting our clients health and safety first. Unfortunately, we're seeing agents with national chain Realty firms listing properties in our nieghborhood, putting their commissions ahead of buyers and seller's health and safety. Arlene Castro, Amber Smith and I have a love of what we do, and that includes protecting our clients before, during and after the deal. At iGo Realty, we are all still working, although at at reduced rate. We're not "Shake Shack" agents, taking bailouts we don't need. When it is safe to buy and sell homes, come see us. I'm not an economist. However, Real Estate for many is an integral part of their retirement plan, so I do follow a lot on future forecasts. I'm worried we will have a big problem in the future with so many of us living paycheck to paycheck.

As the shutdown drags on, 420,000 federal workers are working without pay.
