There’s a different type of strength required being a mom in real estate.

The kind where you’re answering emails in between school drop-offs, taking calls in the car pickup line, showing houses on the weekends, and still trying to be fully present at home.

I work with so many women who are building big businesses and raising families at the same time, and it’s not always easy and its certainly never balanced...but it’s incredibly meaningful.

You’re showing up for your clients, your kids AND you’re doing both without letting anything fall through the cracks.

In case nobody has told you no one’s said it lately… you’re doing an amazing job.

Five star service doesn’t just mean getting you and your buyers and sellers to the closing table. It means making sure your clients:

- understand what’s happening and why
- feel responded to, promptly
- know what to expect next

Do I make spelling and grammar errors every now and then? SURE DO! But I also stay on top of timelines, communicate along the way, and try my best to ensure nothing feels confusing or missed so you and your clients can move through the process stress free.

What’s your hourly rate as a Realtor?

Now, think about the tasks that actually makes you money in your business. (HINT, it’s probably not paperwork on pending files or answering questions to clients you already got under contract.)

But somehow that’s what fills your nights and days sometimes - contracts, deadlines, emails at 10pm after the kids are in bed.

Don’t get me wrong - those things matter, they just don’t have to be done by you.

Imagine using that time to talk to new clients, get in front of new people, or honestly… just be done for the day.

I’ve had so many agents tell me, “I didn’t realize how much I needed this.”

That’s exactly why I love what I do 🩵

You’re not bad at boundaries… you’re just a Realtor on a Friday.

“Wrapping up early today.” No you’re fking not. 🤣

There is no such thing as a quiet Friday in real estate.
There is only:
• “Our offer just got accepted!
• “Title needs this signature before 5pm”
• “Can we close sooner?”
• And that one email that changes your entire weekend

The real question is…
Are you handling it alone?

The expectations are higher than they were even a few years ago.

Sellers aren’t just hiring someone to “put it on the market.”

It has officially been four months of showing up consistently on social media for this business and… you guys, it is so damn hard.

Not just the content creation part. I struggle with being visible, vulnerable, & clicking post even when the video of our old wooden cabinets & cluttered counters is actually really embarrassing.

No wonder Realtors struggle with it. Being an “influencer” was never in the original job description.

At some point this spring our social media will probably go quiet. Because eventually we’re going to be buried in new offers, writing addendums, coordinating inspections, scheduling closings… and filming reels & new business prospecting will just be one more thing on the chopping block.

But here’s what won’t go quiet:

Your transactions. YOUR social media, YOUR marketing

Because while we might ghost Instagram every now and then… we’ll never ghost your business😉

We’re still here. Still caffeinated. Still making sure you and your clients get to the finish line smoothly.
