Western Maine Market Update: What I’m Seeing for Spring & Summer 2026

Spring is right around the corner, and I’ve been getting a lot of questions about what the real estate market is doing here in Western Maine. I recorded a short update from my office to share what I’m currently seeing as we head into the 2026 spring and summer season.
The big story right now is inventory. There simply aren’t a lot of homes available compared to the number of people who would like to buy here. At the same time, prices appear to be entering more of a stabilization phase after several very strong years.
In the video I walk through what the current numbers look like in Bridgton, where prices may be headed depending on interest rates, and what this balance between buyers and sellers could mean for people considering a move this year.
