This was a really solid property that stood out from the moment it hit the market. The sellers took great care of the home over the years, and buyers absolutely responded to it.

For anyone thinking about selling, the market is still very strong in many price points. We’re continuing to see low inventory and strong buyer demand for homes that are properly prepared, positioned, and marketed.

Smiles, a little bit of relief, and a lot to be happy about.

When Emily & James first saw this property, there was still about 2 feet of snow on the ground. Not the easiest way to picture it… but they trusted their gut and knew what was underneath it.

After looking at new construction, reviewing home plans, and everything else in between, they found the one—tucked away in the woods on 4 acres, and worth the wait.

This one didn’t just happen—Emily & James put in the time and effort to make it a reality.

A few days removed from closing now, and it’s a completely different scene. And honestly, it fits them perfectly.

A private, peaceful retreat set back in the woods… and a big shift from the busier pace of Whitman to the laid-back feel of Plympton.

Like most transactions, there were a few moving parts along the way that required some patience. But we stayed steady, kept communicating, and got it across the finish line.

Some closings are smooth… this one earned it.

We kicked this off back in January — snow on the ground, just getting started. From there it was selling their home, navigating the in-between with a use & occupancy, and working through a brand new septic install at 377 Read St that came right down to the wire.

At one point, Steve even made a trip to the Board of Health and left with a few new friends in town 💪😂

Fast forward to today — spring is here, the sun is out, and they’re officially homeowners again.

And then there’s Hadley… already settling in just fine and making herself comfortable in the moving boxes 📦😊
(pretty sure she approves of the new place)

Full circle moment on this one.

Almost four years ago, I had the chance to help Steve and Lauren purchase their first home at 720 Thacher Street in Attleboro. Fast forward to today—they’ve welcomed their daughter Hadley and life has grown quickly.

With that, it was time for the next chapter.

Grateful they trusted me again to help guide them through this step. Big thank you to everyone involved, and especially to Steve and Lauren.

Big congratulations to the new homeowner at 33 Green Street in Abington (not pictured 😊)! We just handed over the keys after a smooth post-occupancy that helped our sellers transition into their next home.
