Our client, an elderly widow, was finally made whole after a grueling arbitration. She came to us years ago after being defrauded by a rogue broker associated with National Planning Services. She was sold fraudulent promissory notes by this individual, all while he fraudulent churned her investment products.

The investment adviser, William "Bill" Glaser, is serving a federal prison term after he was found to have also defrauded others.
