FYI: My day job is Real Estate Appraising. With nearly 50 years experience, I appraise all property types from single family homes to large commercial properties.

If anyone who has a need for non-lender appraisal work to be completed in The Northern California Bay Area for any residential property, give us a call. We do divorce, IRS, partnership dissolvements, retrospective date of death reports for CPAs and more.

I am a certified general appraiser, a USPAP Instructor (Uniform Standards of professional Appraisal Practice with a DVBE (disabled veteran business enterprise) status. I have a law degree in real estate and have written appraisal books and courses. Have testified in court numerous times.

For commercial work, I cover most of the state of California with a specialty in acute care facilities and warehouses as well as restaurants, hotels, motels and office buildings. I have also appraised vineyards, farms, horse ranches and churches. I even appraised a tree in the leased fee property of Stanford University.
