Thank you to all the clients that made 2025 one of our best! In order to make 2026 even better, The Garrett Law Firm will be closed from December 24 until January 4 so we can spend a little time with our families and come back refreshed and ready for the new year!

In 2023 our client was accused of assault in the 3rd degree, a felony, for defending herself in her home. Today, after a 2 day jury trial, the jury deliberated for less than 90 minutes and returned a verdict of Not Guilty! Congratulations to our client and remember: don't just plead guilty!

I sometimes joke that nobody gets to call a law office because they're having a particularly good day... that wasn't the case this morning, as we were blessed enough to finalize an adoption 15 years in the making. Congrats to the Smith family on your Gotcha Day!

What a year!!! Thanks to all that put your trust in us over the past 12 months. As a reward to our staff and for my sanity, The Garrett Law Firm will be closed from Christmas until January 2nd. Here's wishing you and your loved ones a very merry Christmas and a 2024 where you don't need to hire lawyers.
