SOLD in Gulfport!

How cool would it be for my childhood friend to call me and ask me if I could help her find a house to buy for her to move to the beach? 🏖️ 🏠

How also cool that when we had this closing that my real estate agency, Epique Realty, would be having a conference at the coast the same time I would be down there for the closing.

Yes, both of these things happened last week and it was a wonderful event. 🥰

Another fun fact is Michelle went under contract on my daddy‘s birthday, September 1, which was extra special to both of us since this is my first year without my daddy. She always called my daddy Uncle Gerald, instead of Mr. Gerald. 😍

It was truly an epic week for this Epique agent! So thankful for the opportunity to help Michelle, (we have known each other since we were 3 years old) find her place at the beach.

The best part after we closed on her house and while doing a lot of of the things associated with buying a house, we were riding in the car and saw Beach Boulevard. Of course, we had to stop and stick our toes in the sand and snap a picture. 😎🏖️

Thankful for this extra special moment working outside of my service area and learning a new area. Yes, I can help you sell and buy there too! Our service area just keeps getting bigger than Central Mississippi and we love all these areas.

Just this year, we have sold in Brookhaven, Forest, Mendenhall, and now Gulfport.

Of course, we are still all over our main service area of Central Mississippi, that covers the Tri-county areas of Hinds Rankin and Madison counties.

Keeping our eyes wide open for all our dear friends and family that may need us. We are happy to help you! And when I say “we” this includes Tray, because he works with me too, and I would not be able to do all that I do without his help. He’s the best! And oh, by the way, for disclosure purposes, we must say that Tray is an unlicensed assistant.

So whether you are downsizing or upsizing or have to sell mom and dad‘s home or in any other circumstance that may cause you to sale or buy, whether it’s here locally or anywhere else, give me a call. I would love to help you too! 💕

🎾 New Tennis Programming at Brighton Park 🎾

The City of Clinton is excited to announce expanded tennis programming at Brighton Park, led by Nick Rosatti, who has been contracted to coordinate and grow the park’s tennis offerings.

Originally from Valdosta, Georgia, Nick brings a strong collegiate and community background to Clinton. He played college tennis at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and later served as a graduate assistant at Valdosta State University, where the men’s program recently won back-to-back national championships! 🏆

In addition to working with high-level college athletes, Nick has experience teaching players of all ages through clinics, lessons, and community recreation programs.

🎾 What’s coming to Brighton Park?
Nick’s goal is to build a well-rounded program that serves both recreational and competitive players. New offerings include:
✅ Weekly clinics for all ages and skill levels
✅ Private lessons available 7 days a week
✅ Leagues and tournaments coming soon—based on community demand

Spend the day in historic Olde Towne Clinton at one of Central Mississippi’s most beloved annual car shows. Cruzin’ Clinton brings together car lovers from near and far to celebrate timeless classics, custom rides, and community spirit.
