**My daughter has been SUPER excited to find out that she received National Recognition as one of the Top African American Students in the Nation due to her academics, community service, and test scores. She is an amazing student and works hard all the time setting goals and achieving them.

Us in FL know how amazing this is when it comes to scholarship opportunities. Imagine the surprise when we learned that this NATIONAL recognition does not allow for any waivers or additional scholarship opportunities as other National Recognition programs do (even though they are recognized by the same accrediting body). I am all for equality and if one group should get additional opportunities and waivers... I believe it should apply to all others as well. Unknown to us this has been a law since 2000 that apparently has not changed, but there is a petition where they are trying to get it on the agenda to be changed.

Therefore, I am sharing the petition in hopes that people will sign and share to assist in meeting the goal. We can share all types of other foolishness and nonsense online, but this takes a second to sign and share so that a change can be made.

JRS Resources is expanding and we are looking for a marketing associate to distribute flyers. You do not have to be local to Tampa because we help individuals throughout the State of Florida. Please email us at [email protected] if you are interested on inbox via Facebook.

We would send the marketing material to the location near you for pickup and you would be responsible for picking them up and distributing them. We will offer a flat rate for the distribution of the materials and also a commission when a client books and mentions your name.
