Welcome to Law Office Of Daniel Hartzog' s new page! We want to introduce you and give you some background history on our attorney here at Hartzog Law. Dan has been practicing law for 20 years this year. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2002, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Professional Writing from West Virginia State University in 1998, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the college newspaper. Following law school, Dan served as an assistant state attorney and civil litigator where he litigated hundreds of lawsuits to completion, through both bench and jury trials. In 2015, Dan decided to step back from civil litigation and pursue his passion – adoption and family law. In addition to serving as the Executive Director at Heartfelt Adoptions and owner of Law Office Of Daniel M. Hartzog, Jr. for the last 8 years, Dan enjoys helping families with Estate Planning, Probate and Wills. He also has extensive experience in Landlord/Tenant Law. Dan serves as the executive pastor of his church. He is married to his beautiful wife Chrissy, and they have two beautiful daughters. When he is not practicing law, you can find him with his family and friends or in the woods hunting. Thanks for stopping by.
