Today, much of what we own lives online, including:

✅ Bank accounts
✅ Email addresses
✅ Digital photos
✅ Social media accounts
✅ Cryptocurrency

However, if these assets are not listed in your estate plan, they can go unaccounted for, resulting in your loved ones not having legal access to retrieve them. With that in mind, it is important to keep an up-to-date list of your digital assets and login information in a secure location, and appoint a digital executor to make managing these assets easier.

Many older plans do not account for digital assets. If you are unsure how to incorporate them in your estate plan, contact us today. We are here to help.

When your wife asks you to review a few items she need for work and you find your self deep into FL Statutes and administrative rules from the Florida Department of Health. Wonder if there is anyone I can send a bill for this too...

Do you drive a car? Have you optimized your vehicle insurance coverage to make sure your family is protected? Many drivers have little or no Bodily Injury coverage which could put you and your family at risk in an auto accident. Make sure you carry Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist coverage - Stacked if you have multiple vehicles on your policy. UM coverage can be a game changer if the At Fault driver has inadequate coverage. Please check your policy today!
