🔔PSA from the early morning foreclosure docket: deeding your home to a home saving, equity or foreclosure “program” one day before your lender’s final hearing does not save the home. No legitimate program with your best interest in mind would have you do this. Instead these “programs” file what are often frivolous documents, increasing the lender’s attorney’s fees, while you remain liable for the full loan, your credit history is negatively impacted, and you no longer hold the deed your home.

Also, even worse, 50+ people watch you have this realization in real time during court.
