He has his own practice in Braintree and Weymouth and does estate tax work, real estate transactions, land disputes, elder law including estate planning, wills, trusts and other documentation. Attorney Russell Peck Jr., is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, as well as Bentley College, Master's Program in Business Administration, and Eastern Nazarene College. He is involved now, both civil litigation regarding housing foreclosures and protecting families from foreclosure. He also is involved with insurance mediation and Medicare litigation. His background includes scientific study and medical and biology courses. He works with families on helping them through their differing legal concerns. He also does criminal defense work including with OUI cases.
