My daughter‘s boyfriend who just turned 18 years old was in a tragic motorcycle accident last Friday night and lost his leg at the scene💔 He was rear ended by a speeding car and the driver tried to flee!! Josh is very lucky to be alive thanks to passrers by!! Josh, (and my daughter) really need support in so many ways! So if any of you could PLEASE share this and/or donate ANY amount at all, it would be greatly appreciated and it will help tremendously! He’s hospitalized for the unforeseeable future which will really run up a bill and also he is seeking legal counsel which will cost a fortune. So whatever anyone can afford, please consider helping or at the very least sharing the page. 🙏🙏

Preprinted forms are not always accurate. Governmental agencies do not always get it right or update as often as they should. Always confirm the form is in compliance and current with YOUR states laws. It’s worth the few extra minutes to spend checking it than it is to fix the error later or worse, be in violation and jeopardize your notary commission. Do your homework and, never ever assume!

Many government forms come with pre-printed notarial wording. But this wording does not always comply with a Notary’s state guidelines.
