Buyer's market here in 2025! I'm still making deals happen.

@1 listed this home & went to contract in 3 days. average in neighborhood is 126. immaculate, move in ready, nothing for buyer to do. Seller did everything suggested & it paid off!

@2 this one I might call luck. Lucky because I knew my Buyer wasn’t buying unless he found perfection for an insane price. Suddenly this loaded jewel box appears for wayyyy less than any other seller would have asked. Sold!

@3 time, time and contemplating. But this one stole the show. Theme of the day…Immaculate, move in ready, nothing for buyer to do. Congrats guys.
