July in Florida brings a slower rhythm—but it’s one of our favorite times of year.
Early morning tee times, evening walks, and enjoying everything our community has to offer before the sun sets. We’ve been spending time connecting with neighbors here in River Strand, working with clients making summer moves, and helping families position themselves ahead of the fall market.
