What: Prosecco and BodyJam Dance Fitness
Why: To have a freaking good time
Listen, do you just want a space to jam out and feel a lil freedom? Do you wanna dance in a safe environment? Do you want a large man also dancing in front of you to say 'YES YOU CAN, YOU ROCK, THAT"S IT' no matter what movement you're doing as long as you feel liberated and are having a great time? THIS IS THE DANCE PARTY FOR YOU.
This is, unfortunately, the last dance party that will be open to the public. You do not need a Ridge membership to join this dance party. Let's have a good time and set our energy for 2024.

Phew! It feels like forever since I've posted. Which it has. Despite my absence it is always nice to keep up with people whom I haven't seen or see on a weekly or monthly basis through their posts. For those that post, thank you. It's nice to see you even if it's just on here. For those that don't post, I understand. Sometimes having the energy to put forth something in the world can be a lot. I get that.

For those that love getting out or want an excuse to go somewhere, I am hosting a Dance Pawdee (Party) at the Ridge tomorrow night. It's one of those events that asks you to simply come as you are. It's not about having rhythm. It's not about hitting every beat perfectly. It's really about showing up as you are and being in community. Something I've missed and am looking forward to creating again. So if you're free tomorrow night at 5pm come by for some Prosecco. We start dancing at 5:20. We'll wrap up at 6:30 with some more Prosecco. Or water if you're sober.

If you don't have a Ridge Membership then come a little early and sign their waiver. No excuses. (:

Come, dance, laugh, wobble around, and just be present. The one thing I can offer, other than Prosecco, is unbridled support, encouragement, and love for who you are and for being present. I will love you whether or not you're present. It's just fun to get to do it in person. Reach out if you want more info. See you soon at this event or somewhere else.

This will be my first attempt to teach/record this program in anticipation of getting fully certified.

Within 45 minutes we build on dance moves to create a routine. Please come support. I would be thankful for the good vibes and energy!

It’s dance cardio and can be fun! Dance fitness has provided me an amazing community of people with lots of love. It’s my desire to continually grow and expand my talents and bring some added value to our time together. This is a part of that journey! Cheers!

Cube! This company is such a Godsend! It’s helped countless Sellers of mine stage homes in preparation for listing while have their belongings conveniently in their driveway or kept for safe keeping at the Cube facility. Once you know the business you’ll see these Cubes EVERYWHERE! Also, the owner has a heart of gold so it’s always a good feeling to support local business with someone like Aaron at the helm of it all! I really do love CubeMt!

Passions? I run into a lot of people that assume I care only for real estate! Fact is…YEP and NOPE! That’s a huge part of my life and I love what it has offered me and people I’ve grown to love and help. I also love group fitness classes. I teach Friday mornings at the Ridge at 7:45am on Fallon. It’s a great way to connect, let go, build up, or do what you need to start the weekend off right. Come learn this routine Friday morning and build some community! Another big love of mine!

110 Newman Lane! This property is pretty rad. It is a part of a five lot subdivision, backs up to open space, and has a huge shop for all the toys. Check out this quick video on it done by a friend, Tyler. I really dig his work.

QUESTION FOR YOU: I know some of my videos are fairly divisive, ha! Do you prefer the usual real estate sweeping shots or should I bring back some dancing?
