Loan Approval: Lenders need to jump through many hoops πŸ€ to be sure that the borrower (and property!) is qualified. For example, credit worthwiness, homeowners insurance and association insurance resesrves.

Association Approval: Associations also need to be sure that the Buyer is eligible to own in their communities. For example, by age and pet restrictions. πŸ‘΅πŸ»πŸ±

Insurance: Insurance companies are inherently wary of South Florida properties -- then add an older roof, and there could be a delay! 🏚️
