🏡 Did you know you may be able to buy a home AND take over the seller’s existing mortgage rate?

It’s called an assumable mortgage! If the loan qualifies, you could take over its remaining balance, interest rate and repayment term. 🔑

You still need approval, and you must cover the difference between the purchase price and the remaining mortgage—plus closing costs. A low rate is only one part of the picture!
