Sellers it is soooo important to have a Realtor prepare and review a comparative market analysis (CMA) for your property prior to listing it. A CMA is report that shows comparable homes sold in your area. A CMA IS NOT AN APPRAISAL AND IT DOESN’T PROVIDE A VALUATION OF YOUR HOME!!
