Is not only Siân Murphy's life motto but it also speaks to the level of energy, communication, and dedication that Siân's clients will receive when buying and selling real estate with her. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
After graduating Siân was selected for an internship with the United States Ski and Snowboard Association in Park City, Utah. But she quickly realized that her true passion was real estate. Siân enjoys helping Buyers and Sellers navigate the unique Colorado real estate market. With high level communication, transparency and hustle, Siân is an advocate and resource for her clients ensuring they are comfortable with the process of buying and selling. In 2019, Siân was named REALTOR® of the Year for the Boulder Area REALTOR® Association. A prestigious award where she was nominated by her fellow REALTOR® peers and association. Also, in 2019, she was named to the National REALTOR® Magazine's 2019 class for 30 under 30. Siân is the former Chair of the BOLO (Boulder County Realtor Association) Boards of Directors. She is the former chair of CYPN (Colorado Young Professionals Network) & former Chair of YPN-BARA (Young Professionals Network at Boulder Area Realtor Assoc.) Siân enjoys giving back to the Boulder community and sharing her knowledge about the area she grew up in. Siân was honored to serve 6 years on the board of directors for the YWCA-Boulder County (Empowering Women, Eliminating Racism) and she continues to be an active sponsor in their events. During her free time, Siân enjoys investing in real estate, doing yard projects, skiing, working out, mountain biking, traveling, taking her black labrador on hikes, hanging out with her fiancé, family and friends and supporting her University of Colorado Buffaloes at sporting events.
