Our new Trial Assistant!! Born in Nepal, raised in New Zealand, where she is a licensed barrister and solicitor, Pre is now here in Colorado working hard, working smart, and preparing for our next trial.

Last month, we were contacted by "Elvis Presley's son" who reported that he is struggling with radio communications from outer space.

We welcome him and his family, and are entirely comfortable representing citizens with mental health issues.

There will be a "reception" following the memorial service for Dan Hale (memorial service at Macky Auditorium April 28 at 1 p.m.). The reception will be at the Byron R. White Club Room at Folsom Stadium from 2 pm to 6 pm on April 28.
Of course anyone who wishes to attend is welcome, whether they were able to attend the memorial service or not. It would be appreciated if you could distribute this information widely. Thanks.

Dear Friends,

Judge Dan Hale, one of the best to ever preside over a courtroom, has passed on. He was kind, bright, and thoughtful, fashioning justice case by case. I was never afraid of Judge Hale's courtroom. He ran one of the few where the law was imposed to protect citizens, not batter them into submission. His death is a loss to all of us.

Megan has been snatched up by the Boulder County judges to be their new Court Clerk. She, of course, will be great and me, and everyone else in the building, are weeping over our loss. After Paige showed up for her interview here in a dress with rock climbing scabs on her legs and "boxing" on her resume, she will start this week. She will be awesome.
