Dietze and Davis attorneys Mark Detsky, Gabriella Stockmayer & K.C. Cunilio’s recently writtien article "ELECTRIC VEHICLES: PLUGGING INTO COLORADO REGULATION" was published in the February 2020 edition of the Colorado Lawyer as the Energy Law feature article.

The Colorado Lawyer is a monthly bar journal published by the Colorado Bar Association. Mr. Detsky, Ms. Stockmayer, and Ms. Cunilio’s article describes the current state of electric vehicle regulation in Colorado.
