It is finally over.

After two years of back and forth, the Corporate Transparency Act's reporting requirements for HOA and condo board members are now permanently gone. No filing required. No personal information to submit. No penalties to worry about.

If your board filed before all the regulatory changes, FinCEN will delete that information on its own. Nothing further is needed from you.

Three property managers. Twenty-two years. One kept ending in court. One was cheap and useless. One charged for everything.

All along, the board was paying three times more than it needed to.

The fix: stop paying for services they did not need and hand the accounting to Community Financials. Three to four days to switch. Cost dropped to one third.

She has since recommended Community Financials to three other HOAs in Riverside.
