Senior Associate/Junior Partner
Hassan + Cables, LLC is seeking a Senior Associate/Junior Partner attorney with three years of general corporate and real estate experience to work in our Boulder office. While this is primarily a transactional role, the attorney will be expected to support other practices areas and litigation experience is a plus. Hassan + Cables is a true boutique firm with flexibility in hours and work requirements, located directly on West Pearl St. in Boulder, Colorado.
General Job description/duties:
The attorney should have a wide range of experience in a transactional practice and a broad legal knowledge base. This position focuses on a variety of corporate and real estate transactions, including formation, early-stage equity financing, credit financing, mergers and/or acquisitions, property acquisition and financing, construction and development and other matters. The attorney will also have the opportunity to work on Federal administrative enforcement actions and a variety of civil litigation matters. The attorney will work closely with other partners, will have autonomy in dealing with clients and work responsibilities, and will be required to assume significant professional responsibility with the opportunity for advancement based on performance, production and attitude.
Skills Required:
• JD, licensed to practice law in Colorado
• 3 – 9 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; adept at communicating complex issues concisely and effectively with attorneys and clients.
• Sense of ownership over projects and strong work ethic.
• Able to independently manage and successfully prioritize numerous projects under deadline pressure.
• Detail oriented.
Compensation Range:
$100,000 – $200,000+ annual compensation based on experience, book of business/client development, and bonuses.
