BVSD is considering major changes and if you're buying, selling, or already own a home in Boulder Valley, it's worth paying attention. 🏫🏡

The Resilient School Proposal could reduce the district from 56 schools to 50 and includes proposed closures, consolidations and grade-configuration changes across Boulder, Broomfield, Louisville and Superior.

For real estate, the key takeaway isn't that a school change automatically means a change in home values.

It's that school assignments, boundaries, transportation and daily routines can all be important considerations when making a move.

If you're looking at a property in an affected area, verify the current and proposed attendance boundaries directly with BVSD before making a decision.

It's a city effort to improve Boulder’s long-term financial stability through:
